Le Chic Boutique Consignment Contract

Please bring your items Monday - Wednesday between 10am and 5pm. Items must be freshly laundered, pressed and on hangers to be accepted. Clothing must be free from defects, stains, tears, or missing buttons. Clothing must be in current season and prefferably no more than two years old. Shoes must be in excellent condition. Handbags and jewelry will be accepted at the descretion of Le Chic Boutique depending on current inventory. Items that do not meet this criteria will be donated to a reputable organization at the sole discretion of Le Chic Boutique.

Once an items sells the consigner will recieve 50% of the profit. Non-desinger items will stay on the sales floor up to 90 days. At the end of the sale cycle unsold items become property of Le Chic Boutique, and may be donated. Checks will be printed once a month. You will be notified if you have a check available. Le Chic Boutique does not contact consigners with less than $50 in their account, but a consinger may call to check their account at any time, and pick up cash payments of less than $50 in the store.
